Trick to take screenshot in incognito mode with standard Chrome

The method to take a screenshot in the standard version of Chrome is practically a trick that can be performed on any Android device, and it is done as follows:

  • Open the Chrome browser and enter its incognito mode.
  • Enter the web and stop at the part where you want to take a screenshot.
  • Tap on the 3 dots to open the dropdown menu and go to "Help & Feedback".
  • Once inside, touch the 3 points again and press "Send comments".
  • Finally, tap on "Screenshot" and you will have the image so you can take the screenshot normally.

Take screenshot in incognito mode with Chrome Canary

Chrome Canary is a trial version of Google's famous web browser. This version allows us to know some alternative features that are not yet available in the original version of Chrome, and this is one of them.

To enable screenshots in Chrome incognito mode, you just need to do the following:

  • First download Chrome Canary from the Play Store.
  • Open the app and type the following "Chrome://flags" in the address or URL bar.
  • A menu with several options will appear, slide the screen until you reach the "Incognito" option or use the search engine to write and locate the option.
  • Then locate the "Incognito screenshot" option and tap on the Default button.
  • Now tap on "Enable" to activate the incognito mode screenshot function.
  • Google will ask you to restart the browser to apply the changes. By touching the "Relaunch" button you will restart the Chrome Canary browser with the function already activated.

Please note that screenshots you take while using this feature will retain the browser's incognito mode symbol.
